These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Gromit LLC ("Gromit," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Gromit provides an AI-powered communication platform for custom homebuilders. Our service assists builders with lead response, qualification, and follow-up communications. The AI assists with conversations and provides information — it does not make commitments, sign contracts, or make decisions on behalf of any builder.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and engaging with our services, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Gromit. The following terms apply to text messaging:

  • Types of messages: inquiry responses, follow-up messages, appointment reminders, and service-related notifications
  • Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with our service
  • Costs: message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
  • Opt-out: text STOP to any message to unsubscribe from further text communications
  • Help: text HELP to any message for assistance, or email sam@gromit.ai
  • Supported carriers: compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon
  • Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact information
  • Not use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose
  • Not misrepresent your identity or intentions

Intellectual Property

Gromit owns all rights to the platform, software, and AI technology. Builders retain ownership of their project information and content they provide to the platform.

Disclaimer

Gromit's AI provides information and assistance based on data provided by homebuilders. AI responses are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. All project decisions, commitments, and agreements are made solely by the builder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gromit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.
